Semnox has developed a new digital waiver integration program into its POS systems, which uses a touchscreen tablet and stylus to capture digital signatures of customers. The system also allows the customers to opt-in to receive digital marketing material from the company. Semnox says the multilingual waiver allows for the signature to be captured and electronically stored in the secure Parfait System, where it can be used again or stored for future reference.
Kiran Karanki, Director of Semnox Solutions, said, “This easy way of having the customer sign the wavier form saves time for the customer and the staff. Our system stores this electronic wavier on file making it easy for the staff to retrieve it when needed.”
