If a new national Yelp survey is right, 60% of U.S. restaurants that shut down during the pandemic could now be closed permanently! As reported by CNN, this amounts to about 15,770 different eating places gone for good.These locations ran from high-end “white table cloth” dining establishments down to the far more common mom-and-pops that have been in business for decades. Many of the latter offered decent spots for jukebox and game installations, and in years past, the defunct cigarette machine.
