In order to keep up with what Apple Industries calls an “explosive and sustained demand for our products,” the company has restructured its sales and marketing department.
- Kristin Link has been promoted from Director of Distributor Relations to Vice President of Sales, Distribution and FECs. Her role now includes special focus on the fast-growing FEC market.
- Johnny Lotz has been named General Sales Manager, tasked with increasing the company’s inroads into street operations and tavern locations.
- Mel LaForce, the company’s Vice President of U.S. Sales and Marketing, will take on new responsibilities in the events sector and look for new markets for Apple. Already, the company has exhibited at the 2016 Rental Show in Atlanta, where it promoted its successful line portable booths.
- Joe DiGirolamo is Apple’s new Marketing Coordinator. He comes on board with a background in marketing, and Apple hopes he can amp up social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and deliver fine-tuned, targeted messages to the industry.
“We are better aligning our sales force to enable Apple to sustain and supply our ongoing growth spurt in demand in every market across the board,” said Apple COO Scott Avery. “Now, by restructuring our sales and marketing department, Apple is giving Kris, John, Mel and Joe the clear lines of authority and responsibility they need to support our customers and keep the Apple flag flying high in each of these growing sectors! We could not ask for a more professional and hardworking team to represent Face Place in this exciting new era.”
