Sega Celebrates Successful IAAPA Expo

Sega Amusements took to the show floor at this year’s IAAPA Expo with a huge team of salespeople, techs and more filling the company’s booth alongside flashy new arcade games and classics. CEO Paul Williams accepted a Brass Ring Award during the show for the new Daytona Championship USA.

“We are delighted by the award and humbled by the industry’s recognition for our innovation and the quality of entertainment delivered by Daytona,” Williams said.

Other games Sega brought to Orlando included Hoopla (a carnival inspired ticket game developed with ICE), Pirate Falls (a challenging video redemption game), Maze Escape (a new, mechanical redemption game) and Prize Arrow (the merchandiser follow up to the firm’s successful Key Master games).

Sega brought the company’s merchandise and parts specialists from Sega Prize International and Sega Total Solutions as well, to show the firm’s full breadth of game knowledge and service offerings.

General Manager Justin Burke finished with some kind words for the company’s customers: “From all of us at Sega thank you for visiting our booths at IAAPA. It’s a big show so we appreciate you making the time to come and see us. We hope you enjoyed your IAAPA experience. Thanks to your participation this show is also an enjoyable experience and an outstanding success for us.”
