Betson announced another two-day technical seminar, this one catering to those headed to the Amusement Expo in Las Vegas. The seminar runs 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 26-27 at the Hilton Garden Inn, overlapping with the Amusement Expo’s Education Day on Feb. 27.
Topics include game system overview, digital multi-meter use, basic electric tips, basic soldering/splicing techniques, card reader information, electronic circuit theory, wiring schematics, computer repair and basic LCD repair.
The class costs $1,295 per student, with lunch provided. Students will receive a training manual, a multi-meter, a ticket emulator, tamper proof Torx bits, receptacle tester and a BTU certification exam.
