A massive, partially-open entertainment center recently popped up in North Miami, according to The Real Deal of South Florida.
Dezerland, a 250,000-square-foot facility that the Miami Herald called the largest indoor theme park in the city, currently boasts an arcade, virtual reality park, a rock climbing station, ropes course, trampoline park and an adult obstacle course. New attractions will debut in January, when an official grand opening ceremony is scheduled. They include bumper cars, go-karts, an outdoor paintball facility, mini-golf course and an indoor skydiving attraction.
Owned by real estate developer Michael Dezer, the entertainment center is an interactive, multi-theme park that “tries to win every segment of the market,” he said. Dezerland Park opened in a property previously known as Miami Auto Museum, a showcase for vehicles owned by Dezer, an avid car collector.
