Embed has announced the 10th successful deployment of its cashless systems at Round One Entertainment, this time in its FEC in Grapevine, Texas. Round One chose Embed’s smartTouch Insert models, which they say allows for multiple functions as well as the ability for customers to play a game repeatedly with no hassle.
In the past 25 years, Round One has established over 100 locations worldwide, and according to the company, servers over 25 million customers annually. Round One is unique in offering diverse attractions at their venues, including Japanese games and photo booths.
This new location boasts 78,300 square feet in the Grapevine Mills outlet mall, and uses Embed’s systems to operate nearly 500 games and attractions, as well as Embed’s point-of-sale system (emPOS) and Redemption Pro to manage the extensive redemption center.
“Embed has supported us since we opened our first store in the U.S. seven years ago. Since then, we have been able to build a trusting, strong relationship,” said Round One Amusement Director Akira Ide. “They are always trying their best to fit our needs, making our operations go as smoothly as possible.
