Intercard has opened a new call center in Subic Bay, Philippines to better provide convenient, phone-based customer service in Asia and Australia. The company said the office is the result of growth in China, Australia and New Zealand where they say sales have doubled in the past four years. The new center is staffed by five full-time techs well-versed in all aspects of Intercard hardware and software.
“Prior to opening this call center, Intercard customers in that part of the world had to contact company headquarters in St. Louis – a substantial time difference,” said Bob Zoellner, Manager of Technical Services. “We’re pleased to provide a better customer service experience to these businesses located in one of Intercard’s key growth regions.”
Asia Pacific Sales Manager Jerry Heinz added, “Intercard installations in this region have doubled year-to-year over the past four years. We will continue to add to our resources to keep pace with this explosive growth.”
