QubicaAMF has announced the finalization of a new addition to their growing company, this time acquiring CDE Software. CDE was founded by Patrick Lajko, a longtime industry member, and is known in the world of bowling for its Bowling League Secretary software. Over the last four decades, CDE’s dedication to the bowling industry has left it with the reputation of creating the leading applications in the market for competitive bowling software.
Both QubicaAMF and CDE believe the future of competitive bowling will be better served by the joining of the companies. CDE will continue operating out of its Seattle office with its current employees, and Lance Rasmussen has been promoted to president of CDE. Customers can expect business as usual in terms of continuity of service and support.
“I am excited not only to join the QubicaAMF team, but what this investment means to bowling. We will continue to serve and support the CDE legacy and our customer base just as we have for years, but now backed by the power of QubicaAMF,” said Rasmussen. “This positions our companies for a very bright future. Together we will focus on league bowling and tournaments, to drive and grow these segments, by addressing the un-met needs of centers and bowlers.”
