Two members of Redemption Plus’ Customer Success team – Eric Tyrell and Stephanie Swalley – recently returned from a TrainerTainment-hosted Advanced Sales Conference in Arlington, Texas, with heaps of new knowledge.
Tyrell and Swalley expressed appreciation toward Beth Standlee and her team for their efforts put toward hosting valuable two-day training, which was held July 7-8.
“Her emphasis on building relationships before going in for the sale was aligned with the way Redemption Plus strives to do business,” Swalley said. “I also had practical takeaways around Beth’s ‘CQPC’ Process and I loved her suggestions on how to hold myself accountable in keeping in touch with my customers.”
Redemption Plus will be present at the remaining two TrainerTainment training conferences for 2016: the October “Business Solutions Conference” and the “Birthday Party Revolution” set for December.
