Pinball player and video game enthusiast Robert Klug recently died at the age of 55; his family set up a GoFundMe fundraiser to help support his children Makayla and Spencer.
According to his obituary, Klug loved pinball and video games since childhood, making lifelong friends from his first job at Starship Video in Upland, Calif., right up to 2020 as the owner of numerous pinball machines and competitor in leagues and tournaments in Southern California. He was ranked 1,610th out of 80,000 players worldwide.
Klug, an entrepreneur, also created Streaming Media Hosting and was an early innovator in the streaming industry.
