TouchTunes has promoted Ross Honey (who joined the company a year ago as president and COO) to CEO while former CEO Charles Goldstuck steps into a new, expanded role as the company’s executive chairman. Honey came to the juke company after several years at Microsoft, and will oversee the operations and development of TT’s growing portfolio of location-based entertainment services. Goldstuck will now focus his efforts internationally, seeking out expansion opportunities for the company.
TouchTunes also announced several new partnerships. Among them, operators now have incentive to work alongside the company to help sell point-of-sale services from Harbortouch to locations in which they operate jukeboxes. A successful deal will result in POS services for the location and a free Playdium juke (and more) for the operator.
Also, TT has teamed with UPShow to add more value to their TouchTunes TV product, allowing customers to better engage with their favorite locations on social media. TT also announced improvements to their Tempo route management software, and continued investment into bar rewards programs.
