According to a news report in Intergame, India-based cash solutions company Semnox unveiled a big, new partnership with a well-known, American chain: Chuck E. Cheese. They advise that over 100 Chuck E. Cheese stores have already been re-equipped with Semnox devices, but news of the partnership was kept quiet until now.
Semnox says it has deployed the latest reader technology, including EDGE readers, to make sure the rollout of new devices across the chain is enthusiastically accepted by its customer base. All stores will be linked with Semnox’ cloud server, which allows centralized corporate management direct access to the information needed to pursue efficiency.
“This system offers a powerful card roaming feature that lets customers use a single card at multiple locations, further improving the guest experience. The cloud-based system also has a comprehensive set of business intelligence and analytic tools built in and designed to deliver an entirely new experience for visually analyzing sales data across all locations simultaneously,” an official release from the two companies said.
