Ten Pin Alley in Hilliard, Ohio, is getting ready for its largest expansion yet. The bowling boutique is planning on doubling the current 14,600-square-foot center to over 33,000 square feet. When completed, Ten Pin Alley will feature an additional eight lanes for VIP bowling, more party rooms, a two-story laser tag arena, an arcade with redemption, four bocce ball courts, a renovated bar and restaurant and more seating.
The eight-lane expansion will bring Ten Pin Alley’s offerings to a total of 24 lanes, and will feature comfortable seating, a private mini-bar, billiards and more. Each of the 24 lanes use Brunswick pinsetters. In addition, the 2,300-square-foot laser tag arena and 2,900-square-foot arcade with 50 games will keep guests of any age entertained.
“We are particularly excited about the laser tag,” owner Sarah Gross said. “This will be the only laser tag arena in northwest Columbus, servicing the Hilliard, Dublin, Upper Arlington and Grove City areas. We look forward to providing our guests with a new and exciting form of family and team building entertainment.”
In anticipation of the expansion, the City Council of Hilliard unanimously voted to rename Ten Pin Alley’s current street address from “Constitution Boulevard” to “Ten Pin Alley.”
“Ten Pin Alley is a unique event space in Hilliard,” notes Libby Gierach, President of the Hilliard Chamber of Commerce. “The renovations, past and future, ensure that people of all ages who come to Ten Pin Alley will have a quality experience and will want to return. We are very excited for the change.”
