TrainerTainment has announced two major new appointments in their company: Mary Southwick has been promoted to Director of Training while Phil Showler has been named company Sales VP.
Mary (right) has been with the company for nearly a decade, and according to her co-workers, has been “instrumental to growth.” She’s garnered years of experience in the industry through working at Schumaker and Company bowling centers, and also has a unique skill set gained from 20 years as an educator.
“Mary’s aptitude and contributions have been invaluable. She embodies so many of the wonderful traits of our company. Her vision and innovative thinking will continue to enhance the strategic direction, growth and profitability of TrainerTainment,” said company President and founder Beth Standlee.
Showler (left) is a new member of the team, but is by no means new to the industry. He comes to the company with over 20 years of working with fun centers and location-based entertainment across North America. Standlee said the many friends and business partners Showler brings to the table are a result of his years of relationship-first professionalism.
“Phil’s approach to sales is a perfect fit for our company. He is obsessed as we are about growing people and their businesses. We are so excited he is joining our team,” said Standlee.
