TouchTunes announced today (06/10) that they have acquired the music services provider Music Direction, providers of custom-branded background tunes for retail, restaurant and hospitality clients. TouchTunes says Music Direction’s specifically tailored music helps support clients’ brands and increase sales by improving customer satisfaction.

In other TouchTunes news, today (06/10) marks a kickoff of another giveaway from the company, this one celebrating Nick Jonas’ new album Last Year Was Complicated. TT will be giving away 25 signed copies of the CD, plus 25 bonus credits to 25 of their mobile users.
